Piazzetta - Burgdorf

For many years we have eaten here, it used to be a place for good food and friendly staff. However, within the last years it has slowly decreased. The food is still okay, the pizza is just as good as anywhere else, nothing too special though. But the staff got quite rude and impolite. When we arrived the last time (just the last one in a series of unpleasant evenings, first you think it is just one or two bad moments), we were told to sit at an inside table (free ones outside) which had also the card reader and other things on it, basically the staff 's equipment.When I politely asked for another table in the nearly empty room (no reservation signs) we were told to sit down as you 're told or leave . As similar things had happened before, we took the second opportunity. You better choose one of the other pizzerias in Burgdorf or go to Hasle-Rüegsau for the Mamma Mia which is a much friendlier environment. Just stay away from the Piazzetta if you like to be served in a friendly way.

We often visit this restaurant. The food is very good and the staff are very friendly. They have a huge variety of pizza and we can only recommend this restaurant.

Pizza place that serves the best pizza in canton Bern, baked on the spot. Also good desserts, loved the panacotta: light, fresh and delicious. Great staff, they are helpful and kind and suggested great options on the menu which was totally wriiten in Italian and German (not the best languages for us .

....Personal bisweilen etwas ungeschickt, das Essen ist aber sehr ordentlich. Wenn man in Burgdorf unkompliziert und wohlschmeckend italienisch essen will, ist man hier gut aufgehoben. Wiederholenswert!

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend in dieser Pizzeria. Pizza, Nudeln und Wein waren sehr lecker und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Das Servicepersonal war super nett. Für deutsche Verhältnisse ein sehr teuerer Abend, der es aber auf jeden Fall wert war. Wir können diese Pizzeria zu 100% empfehlen.
