A nicely decorated restaurant with a friendly owner and friendly lady serving. Unfortunately, the cook is of such a level that what comes out of the kitchen is below average. A salad was served with arugula and beets, topped with goat cheese, with 30 walnuts and a bowl of thick balsamic 'sauce '. The whole fresh taste of the salad was completely gone by the balsamic drap and walnuts. The main course of chicken thighs in peanut sauce was also a mockery, -125 grams of chicken was covered with peanut sauce from a container, the plate also contained some fully cooked vegetables without any color or taste and some prawn crackers from the Jumbo were thrown over the whole. My wife 's dish, venison steak was slightly better apart from the same over-cooked vegetables, but also below average! The only thing that was good was the fries, but you can 't mess much with that.. This restaurant would be better off with a better chef and the owner should be more careful with what comes out of the kitchen. For me it is not a place to eat again. It 's nice that the owner also responded, I conclude 2 things from his response.. except that he is more concerned about what he would not have on the menu and about the weight of chicken thighs.. he does not say a word about the bad quality of the dishes, the hopeless cook and his lack of effort to control what comes out of the kitchen.. The 2nd thing that strikes me is that there is also something wrong with the memory of the gentleman, because at the time of our visit (November 2022) deer steak was indeed on the menu!
