This was a first for us, usually we go and check out the local restaurants but it was so cold so we decided to try it. It is a large restaurant and it was very quiet, so lacking in atmosphere unfortunately. However, the food was delicious, cooked perfectly, beautifully presented with seasonal vegetables. The service was superb thanks to Salvador and Jose who were very attentive and extremely friendly.
This hotel is situated by a river on the edge of town over looking the old walled city and the Cathederel. The hotel has an outer door pool, tennis coust, downstairs gym and spa. The rooms are ver,y good air conditioned not big but for over night in an old city perfect. The staff are very helpful at all times dinner was from 8pm either in the self service or in the restaurant , picked the a'la carte restaurant , a totally correct selection the food was top quality and really good value outstanding ,gret service always go to this restaurant for your meal it is not to be missed.
Lovely quiet hotel just outside walls of an old walled town. Stayed for 1 night on way to Southern Spain. Hotel has a pool and spa but did not use. Clean and spacious hotel with good parking area. Staff were very friendly, had a drink in bar but preferred atmosphere in the lovely old town with a few bars and restaurants. Would stay again and would recommend.
We had the set menu for lunch as we arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and didn't want to hunt around for a place to eat. The restaurant is nice enough and the staff are lovely, but the food was very disappointing. I ordered grilled vegetables for starter, which had probably been grilled that morning, but had been reheated in a microwave oven for sure as they were soggy. I ordered a steak as main course, which came with a side order or chips (fries) that were so dry that they were hard to chew and 1 little red pepper that had come out of a tin. The steak was passable, but no more than that. Dessert was very good (I had cold custard [natillas].
