ALEX (Manager or supervisor) amazing gentleman with very positive attitude. I ordered from uber eats and I received wrong order. I went to to restaurant and talk to him and he immediately apologize for wrong order sent to me and made fresh food. Hats off to ALEX again for his supreme customer service
Paneer tandoori tikka was good. The mango cocktail was good. Kofta and Gobi Manchurian were not good, Gobi was not cooked properly, batter was chewy, kofta was weird and gravy was tangy. Ambiance is average and cannot be compared to the Mountain view one.
Recently, I had the pleasure of using Sakoon Fremont as the caterers for our event, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Diya provided outstanding service and attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfectly planned for the event. She went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs with a smile, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented (we opted for the chafing service), and we received great feedback from all our guests. Every dish was absolutely loved by everyone. The live catering services and the helpers were fantastic. The chefs and helpers took excellent care of all our guests. Thanks again to Diya—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
Just ordered dal sakoon (makhani) and garlic naan. There was nothing dal makhani about it, was overloaded with garlic and didnt taste anything like the smooth dal makhani is supposed to. Also Naan, like most other bay area places seem to be like the reheated frozen ones. All in all, pathetic taste.
