Chicken Express - Burkburnett

I always command home and pick it up. Never really eat inside, but looks cozy.

I like their chicken and it's the closest fired chicken place to me. Other places are about 10 miles. The only thing they could improve is the crust. Less crust would be better.

First time we ever went here to this one, I told my husband that it was real good place to go. We ordered our food in it took 15 minutes for it to be ready we went through the drive-thru too, we ordered the tea and the ice was all melted before we even got our food. The gravy was so watered down it was like watered down milk. Gravy had no taste either, the chicken tenders were okay and so were the chicken livers. Guarantee we will ever stop at this location again, whenever we finally got our food they asked us oh what was your food again? Obviously had no organization in that place at all, they were all young and very inexperienced. They gave us more we asked for, I told my husband they won't stay in business long if they keep giving away the product like this. We didn't notice until after we left her I would have said something to them and given the extra back.

Very good place of service is quite slow, but it was okay and friendly atmosphere
