There was literally a lady driving around the store getting in and out of the drive thru over and over screaming out the window at them for a refund......I have to assume I'm not the only one and it's not the first time lol.The biggest issue is missing whole meals and extra items/sides all that you of course pay for.They don't necessarily get the orders wrong otherwise. They also don't bother to mix your coffee just shake it around and spill it everywhere... Last time they managed to forget to put coffee and I had cream and ice and hazelnut flavor when I ordered a vanilla iced coffee. they only honor refunds on online orders so if you like your McDonald's cold and reheated doordash is an option where you can actually receive refunds for McDonald's poor service. They don't answer when you call the actual store and mcd gives you the run around when you email them.
Worst mcdonalds!!! I made a curbside order through mcdonalds app. Went to pick up waited for 15 min. Than I had to call Customer Service. A bad manager said that I don't have any cashier inside we Don't anybody to bring your order outside. What's the purpose of ordering through app. I have not rated the app. But I can update my review anytime. I will also put review on yelp. If this issue is not resolved.
While I was there I personally witnessed the associate on the fryer do a couple things... 1st I saw them put 3-5 already cooked and packaged large fries that had got cold back into the oil to reheat. 2nd while dumping the fries out a few we stuck in the fryer basket... so with an ungloved hand they pull them out and place with the others waiting to the salted... This caused me to look around the kitchen and notice only about 50% of the workers were wearing gloves in the first place. This location could really use some work.
I can’t believe how they can keep up the business with that kind of customer services. Very unkind and stressful employees. Specially drive through workers in 7am shift. After served food by drive through, feel very sad and bad all day long. Hopefully upper management find out what is happening in this location and do something.
If I could give a place negative stars, that would be the place if the woman I spoke with was called the manager, she deserves to be fired with the worst of the setting. as a former fast food worker mobile orders are the easiest to do nothing in the order was right, so I went in and the manager thought I was lying when I showed her that she was mobile phone reception, but she wanted a hard copy. if she had trained her employees correctly, I would have got a quit, but unfortunately I was told that I should press “on the next window”. my pommes were thrown on the head for the second time and still not even get the rigjt eat. I want the name of the man 6/30/22 to work.
