The waiter is rude. She had an attitude the entire time our group was there. There were several moments of unprofessional behaviors. The 2 that take the cake were when she kicked a chair in the middle of a request, and when she chased a customer out to their car because SHE gave them someone else's order. Food was good. Nice restaurant atmosphere for a pizza shop. Service was okay but could be better. Coffee was not fresh and was served with coffee grounds in it. Service speed could have been better. The new ownership is really bringing this place down. The quality and portion sizes of the food have significantly decreased, and prices are on the rise. At this point, Keisha and Bob are the only reasons to keep coming here. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant if they aren't on shift.
