Dragon Palace - Burleigh Waters

You may notice that we have never given a 1 star before, but this place didnt even deserve this..not that it was truly disgusting, but as a local i expect that they would make some type of effort to get repeat customers. Not this place..we ordered a mushroom dish that didnt even contain mushrooms. The rude old thing behind the counter should be a james bond villain. Dragon palace, nah, Dragon puntang. Nuff said.

In some internet searches this place is called The New Dragon Palace, what a joke. The carpet is disgusting, tables uncleared and totally unclean. the woman who served me kept apologising and going in and out of the Kitchen talking to the only staff member there, supposidly the chef, she took phone orders, gave customer meals out, and had them come back because they got the wrong orders...if you are busy and run a restaurant, don't be miserabvle sods, PAY FOR MORE STAFF, SIMPLE BASIC RULE 101.

These people are the rudest chinese fast food restaurant I have ever tried to order from. There website is Aweful, tried to pre-order it only allows you to order for delivery. Worst yet, if you don't want to spend $50 they try to make you pay the difference any way. I call to make an order the lady was so rude and on the website explains you can order sweet and sour chicken spicy ( medium, high) explained I want medium then she told me I could order it and argued with me. When i have purchased from them I week before!! Ha Ha The prices are expensive. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.....

We are regular Chinese diners , this was the most driest, tasteless & blandest Chinese we have ever eaten so far to date !!!!!! Chicken fried rice had globs of entail chicken & peas ,,,, no other vegetables or flavouring .... Really !!!!!! The Mongolian beef was as tough as an old Aussie boot !! The restaurant was freezing & even the rude waitress kept her hoodie on during our visit & dressed like she was homeless, Even the fish in the grimey fishtank looked very unhappy to be there, corkage was $3.00 per head, which we don't mind paying if I don't have to share the lipstick of the previous drinker !!!!!!All in all not very good value/taste ....go somewhere else !!!

Please read the photo I attached. It explains it all. Do yourself a favour and never go to this place. Rude, false advertising, way overpriced. So disappointing.
