McDonald's - Burleigh Waters

Today, my elderly mother was verbally abused at the drive-thru! She was insulted and called rude, even though she was simply trying to correct an order mistake. She didn't want to risk speaking to the manager with a car full of unwanted food. She came home upset, ruining what had been a nice day. This location is in a popular tourist area and has had similar issues before. McDonald's needs to ensure their employees are well-trained and represent Australians better. Unfortunately, this is not currently the case. If there is another option available, we will be skipping this location. Additionally, they now sell a confusing chocolate ice cream item. Even when asking for a vanilla cone with chocolate, my mother was still mistreated. McDonald's, please improve the service at this location!

I recently tried to use the McDonald's app to purchase two cheeseburger meals for $6 each to go. I showed the cashier the offer on the app, but she informed me that it was no longer available, even though it had two days left. The staff was rude and misinformed, making me hesitant to visit any other McDonald's locations, except for the one on Gold Coast Highway in Burleigh Heads.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant thanks to the exceptional service provided by a young girl named Siena. She was cheerful, attentive, and made sure my order was correct before handing it over with a smile. She even asked if I needed more sauce or napkins to ensure everything was perfect. I was extremely pleased with my visit.

We love to come here on a sunny morning, as we have some coffee and head in the park on the beach, which has a lot of seating opportunity, the service here is always friendly, and promptly, the coffee is hot and tasty, and they give one. free coffee for seniors, with a middle purchase. perfect.

Sat in the car waiting for my partner to get our order after 15 minutes of waiting I thought I'd go in to see if everything was fine only to find my partner still standing at the counter waiting on our order never in my...entire life have I come across such a non professional bunch if they moved any slower they would have left a trail personally a snail would have moved faster then to see the guy with glass run his hand over his head whilst still wearing gloves then getting food out. Really take all OK at the manager who herself don't give a hoot whether you were waiting all that time and then when we finally got our order you may have just thrown it in the bag defineltly take a look at your staff and manager if they don't care about customer service then it's simple get rid of them total idiots in my opinion.
