The food was terrible and the service was awful. The queso was served with our meal and was lumpy. My husband also had issues with his tamales. I attempted to send back my chimichanga but was denied a refund by the server. I spoke to the manager to request it be removed from the bill, but after a heated argument, he only agreed to take 50% off. I tried to reason with him, but he insisted it was not the restaurant's fault that I didn't like it. Customer service should always take precedence over a $12.69 plate of food.
Antonio's restaurant offers fantastic midday specials that are far superior to what you would get at Taco Bell. In the past, Taco Bell used to offer bean burritos and crispy tacos for only 79 cents, but now they have started adding fillers like heel flour and maize starch to their meat. Despite this, Antonio's continues to provide delicious home-cooked meals at a reasonable price. For around $8, you can enjoy chips and salsa, a beef and cheese taco, a chicken dish, and a cheese enchilada along with a large drink. The staff at Antonio's are hardworking and the food is really great. Thank you for the excellent meal!
Decent eating and decent service at a normal price. nothing special to drive more than a mile. nothing bad, nothing special
A beautiful little Mexican restaurant. that's not a chain or franchise. everything is made to order and always brought fresh from the grill. special note is the fresh salsa, which is different every time, and seems to be made small batch.
I suspect that the owners of this restaurant may be purchasing positive reviews, because there is no way anyone would willingly choose to dine here. When my husband and I arrived, we were excited to try a new place with mostly favorable reviews. However, once I opened my meal, I knew it was going to be a disappointment. The fried beans were bland and I had to add my own spices from home to make them palatable. The salsa lacked flavor and the chicken enchiladas were overcooked and overly seasoned. I wouldn't even feed them to my dog. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's not worth the time, money, or mental well-being.
