Crumbl Cookies Burleson

I would normally tell them how much I love their cookies, but their customer service is not so much. I ordered to deliver cookies to my friend who just had a baby. they were left on the veranda without knocking or ringing the turquoise. When my friend went out and found out, they were covered with ants. When I called them to ask them to be delivered again, I was told that I was throwing the door because there was nothing they could do. they said we could give them a refund. So, instead of reimbursing my money, I just asked myself to send the cookies and they said we're sorry we can't do that. therefore I will stay with tiffs traats!

Love Crumbl cookies. Was passing through Burleson yesterday and saw there was a location. Cashier was friendly and store was clean. However, the cookies were not enjoyable. None of the cookies were uniform all big/different sizes(no complaint on receiving bigger cookies) but the 4 cookies didn’t fit comfortably in the box and instead we’re layered slightly on top of one another so that they would fit(not the best presentation). After arriving home, I was able to taste the cookies and they were ALL hard and 1 seemed as if it were completely burnt (making it impossible to bite into). I’ve been to other locations and have never experienced this w/ the cookies. Maybe this location was having a bad day, either way $13 down the drain. Very disappointed.

New favorite sweet treat place! Can't wait to explore the new flavors they have every week! New favorite has to be the toffee and mint brownie!

I love cookies! But I feel like every week can be a hit or miss on the flavors. Lucky charm was one of my favorites. Clean place and efficient. Pricey for cookies, but it's cool.
