Jack In The Box - Burleson

Shanna and her team provided excellent service and made sure my order was correct. They showed great attention to detail and customer care. I will definitely be returning to Jack in the Box.

I am upgrading my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars for this restaurant. This review is not based on the drive-thru staff, but rather on the late-night service at this Jack in the Box location. In the past two weeks, I have requested and paid for extra cheese on my tacos. However, not only did I not receive the cheese, but the taco shells were stale and lacking in salsa. I am unsure of what is happening during the night shifts, but I urge the management to properly train their staff on how to prepare food correctly. Thank you. On a positive note, the drive-thru worker was very polite.

Great eating as always BUUUT...female job drive thru needs advice or wut management. not a little texas friendly from her. at least fake it. when what is burger outside, the road goes down to jack n the box. excellent eating friendly service this trip. Stop it!

Sh it 's getting real old real fast . . (see pictures) this is what she gave me .what ever happened, "send nothing they don't eat or pay for themselves. these tacos should never have been served, and it is ridiculous the attitude of the world today. it is the manufacturer and the chef's responsibility.
