Jimmy John's - Burley

A veggie sub—it's a pity to see it taken so literally. Was it a funny coincidence? Maybe. But it's definitely frustrating to find this in your food bag. It could have been really tasty if it was served on some bread. What a letdown!

I placed an order through DoorDash and received a call informing me that they don't have a driver available. Now, I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. If you don't have a driver, then please don't offer delivery. Service: 1 star.

I ordered online from the restaurant for delivery, and they charged my card. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that they have no drivers available. They offered to cancel my order or I could choose to pick it up myself. If I opted to cancel, it would take several days for them to refund my money.

This Jimmy John's is just as excellent as all the others I've visited. They really know how to make great food!

This is a decent stop while traveling from Utah to Idaho. The space is somewhat cramped and can get a bit crowded. The sandwiches are tasty. Overall, I would rate the food at 3, service at 3, and atmosphere at 2.
