Eddie was so knowledgeable and had many idea for us on how to use the olive oils and balsamic vinegars! He made me a combination of tangerine balsamic and blood orange olive oil and it tasted like a creamsicle! IT WAS INSANELY DELICIOUS! I ended up purchasing both and my family absolutely love it! My mom works in that area and will be stopping by for a few more bottles! Like the fig balsamic vinegar, I'll be dreaming of it tonight! Haha

Such a cute hidden gem, went here for a Yelp event olive 101 and was so impressed by the knowledgeable owner Eddie. It was a hard choice to buy which pairs of olive oil and balsamic vinegar since they have so many delicious options. I got butter olive oil and dark chocolate balsamic, need to come back to try others next time.

Eddie (owner) is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He helps you with different balsamic vinegars and mixes various ones for a different taste profile. We love the peach balsamic with our arugula/peach salad and topped with our favorite shaved cheese. These are great as gifts. Thanks Minnie for the recommendation!

I can't praise this incredible place enough. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who, without being the least bit pushy, was eager to help me explore the amazing flavor combinations that can be achieved by mixing their flavored vinegars and olive oils. The black cherry balsamic was outstanding—I will definitely return for a bottle soon. They also offer lovely European-inspired kitchen and tabletop items, but it's the oils and vinegars that will keep bringing me back.
