If you are looking for a thin pita for dipping or to use making thin pita chips, then this will work. Just don't buy this to put falafel into a pita pocket.
Pita Pocket is suppose to be stuffed with things like, falafel, hummus, kebabs etc. This 'thing ' is so thin that it falls apart just by being touched.Forget about adding tahini so sauce to whatever it is you try to put IN it.Whatever it IS, it will never pass for a Pita in Any middle eastern country.

Way too thin! Pita Pocket is suppose to be stuffed with things like, falafel, hummus, kebabs etc. This 'thing ' is so thin that it falls apart just by being touched. I was skeptical purchasing the Honey Oat cake. Just bought it as a healthy option. Oh my was my skepticism incorrect. This cake was not only healthy, but sooo delicious. It's sweet and moist, a bit crumbly if sliced to thin (might just be consumer error). I love this cake.
