Subway - Burlingame

Went in a couple times this week and sandwiches were made to perfection!! I asked the sandwich maker for his name because he was so nice and attentive, Luis!

This subway is poorly run. The service is very poor. They are very cheap with the ingredients. They do not accept any coupons. This is the worse subway ever.

This is the fourth time that the owner of the store charge me extra for a sandwich the first three times I let it go cuz I thought it could be a mistake but honestly people be aware coming to this place the lady working at this location over charge for sandwiches ask for a hot shot Italiano and they charge you for a different sandwich 18.34 instead of the regular place I could be wrong but four times I don't know

Does not accept Coupons. Also spat back at me when I suggested to put a sign outside that says does not accept coupons after making me wait in line for 7 minutes.

Cashiers had poor attitude and didn’t want to make any changes to normal
