Billy Sims Barbecue - Burlington

This restaurant serves some of the best BBQ I've ever tasted! I really enjoyed the two-meat platter with brisket and pulled pork. Don't forget to add some brisket and BBQ sauce to their amazing beans!

It was wonderful! The side dishes were a bit on the smaller side, but everything was delicious. They offer an all-you-can-eat rib special on Mondays, but be sure to arrive early—once they're out of ribs, they're out, even if you're still hungry! The staff was very accommodating. You can dine in, and the ambiance is enjoyable with relaxing country music and various sports playing on multiple TVs. They have seating options for couples as well as larger groups.

The food was excellent, and the pork was very tender. However, the size of the side shell portions is extremely small for the price of $2.99. I probably won't order that again, though.

The first visit was a great success. A few notes: chips are just a bag of chips and the line is as I imagine feeling cattle. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience. Very clean and had that college football felt so advertised.

Had a baked potato with pulled pork. First time i have bern here. Very good, will definitely go back.
