Chopps American And Grill At Marriott Boston Burlington

Chopps used to be a place you could go and get great food and great service. The service was good but the food was a bit to be desired. Seems like they turned it into a hotel restaurant and not for any one who does not stay there. Very disappointed and not sure we will go back.

Love Chopps! My Parents like to stay at the Burlington Marriott and this is a convenient place to meet! Food was great! Service was great! They gave me a piece of cake with a candle for my birthday! So sweet thank you!! Nice easy spot to get in and have a nice meal!

Terrible. Was there for a business dinner. We were seated at the bar we were told no staff to open the dining area away from the noise). The server immediately began asking if we were ready to order. So, we politely asked for the menus first? It got worse from there. The sirloin $45) tasted as if the meat had gone bad. I gave it to my dog with reservations). Need I say more….. The end !

Friendly and prompt staff,however this is more of a bar atmosphere that serves steak rather than your typical steakhouse experience.

I couldn't leave a comprehensive review because I never got to dine at Chopp's! I made reservations through Open Table, they were confirmed, and I got a reminder to show up at the appointed time. When my out-of-town guests and I arrived at Chopp's we discovered that the dining room was closed! The hotel concierge told us the restaurant was closed for the holidays. Did they not bother to let Open Table know that they were closed and take those available times off the schedule? How embarrassing it was to have people who came across the country and planned to meet there, only to discover that we had to quickly find somewhere else to go!
