City Market, Onion River Co-op

Good healthy options in all departments. Very good store made foods. I balance this store with a traditional supermarket for certain items. Prices are higher here than the traditional supermarket for same items. I definitely couldn't live without City Market, though.

Well-stocked grocery store with all kinds of items from organic and conventional produce, spices, cheeses, meats, flours, cereals, chocolate, and so on and so on. Very socially conscious store with incredibly helpful employees.

Best co-op in the entire country, if not world. Well organized, incredible selection, local produce and goods, reasonably priced for the quality of goods offered, the only place I want to grocery shop.

Whole wheat roll, cheddar trimmings, incredible local raspberries. What a great lunch. Lovely place to wander and gawk at yummy foods. Captures the Vermontian ethos well.

I love City Market, because it's the only place that I can find Liberty's Yogurt. It's the best yogurt on earth !
