They seemed overwhelmed for holiday food pickup but the food was awesome.

Food is always consistent. Waiters/waitress are courteous and friendly.

Don’t go often, but when I do awesome. Our server was wonderful. I think a person at our table turned down coffee three times in a hour meal. They were on the ball. Great job!

Southern comfort food, which is good. Popular with travelers. Moderate cost. There is usually a wait time at meal times and holidays. Store area aisles are narrow with too much stuff in them. It can get crowded at times. You now have the option to pay using the Cracker Barrel app. Portions are smaller and the kitchen is slower.
