Domino's Pizza - Burlington

I ordered delivery and the pizza was left in the hallway instead of being handed to me as requested. It was also placed at the wrong door. When I called to inquire about the delivery, I was informed it was in the hallway, only to discover that my order was incomplete. When I brought this up, I was met with rudeness and accusation. I would not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I’ll never order from here again. The delivery driver made me wait outside in the cold because he got lost. Even after he called me and saw me turn my front light on and off to show him where I was, he just kept driving. Plus, I think he swore in front of me when he tripped. This experience is making me not want to order from Domino's again! On top of that, I had to place a separate order because I selected the wrong dip option, which meant spending an additional $16 on food!

The large pizza I ordered ended up being smaller than I anticipated, but I could overlook that. However, it was really disappointing that my pizza was missing the sausage I paid for. To make matters worse, I ordered a side of cinnamon twists that are supposed to come with 8, but I only received 5! Nobody mentioned anything about the missing items. I tried calling to get an explanation but no one answered for an hour. I'm left wondering if they accidentally overlooked 3 twists or if someone else ate them. I hadn't ordered from Domino's in a while, and this experience was pretty disappointing overall.

One driver, our order was sitting inside the place waiting for 30 minutes. We had to reach out to them to tell us that, we would?ve kept waiting for who knows how long and the food would?ve been cold. Not to mention we were getting the food deliveredfor our lunch break at our dental office. Would?ve been nice to know online that the timing wasn?t true, and they had no ideawhat they were doin. We had to get a refund and had 10 minutes left on our lunch to figure out what we were gonna do and thatmade everybody else late. Don?t order from here

Handmade pan pizza is the main reason I visit Domino 's. It has been amongst a very few 'reliable ' favorites, but that perception is changing rapidly. In the last few orders, the pizza dough/ base wasn 't baked properly. A noticeable portion of it used to beentirely raw, but I was okay with removing that and eating the rest. But. My last order was horrible. The entire base except theouter layer that looked brownish golden was raw. I could literally knead it into a ball. Eating any of it was out of question. Ididn 't like throwing small raw pieces of pizza into trash, and today it 's an entire base. So sad that domino 's won 't likely bemy option now, but I definitely don 't want to upset my stomach over eating raw dough.
