I would suggest trying out Kelsey's, but I would advise making reservations by phone in the future. The Open Table method was not effective as Kelsey's did not have any record of the reservation.

I felt the new layout was very noisy and not very cozy. I ordered the salmon dish and it wasn’t hot, just warmish.

I would recommend Kelsey's for future visits, but I suggest calling ahead to make reservations directly with the restaurant. The Open Table reservation method did not work for me as Kelsey's had no record of my booking.
