If you are hungry for authentic Mexican food in the Burlington area, look no further than Lindo Mexico! Maria has spent the last 27 years with her family creating a warm, welcoming environment, with food that doesn't disappoint. I had their Shrimp in garlic butter dish with a side of rice and refried beans. Not only were the shrimp cooked perfectly, but the seasoning was on point. The beans are always rich and creamy, and the produce is fresh. Not to mention they have some of the most refreshing orchata out there. This is a place you do not want to miss if you find yourself in the Burlington area. I highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: The staff is very patient and understanding with young children.
