Outback Steakhouse - Burlington

I just wanted to share how impressed we were with the service during our visit today. We took my grandmother out to celebrate her birthday, and unfortunately, one of the steaks we ordered had a lot of fat on it. As soon as our waitress, Dakota—who was absolutely fantastic—noticed the gristle on the plate, she immediately informed the cook and the owner. Within minutes, the owner came to our table to apologize and offered to replace the meal. When my husband declined that offer, the owner returned and removed the dish from our bill. He even took the time to bring a complimentary dessert for my grandmother, and we had a lovely conversation about her that made her smile from ear to ear. The owner was incredibly kind, and what impressed us most was that they both addressed the issue without us ever mentioning a word of complaint. It's this level of service that keeps us coming back, even though it's a 45-minute drive for us!

I visited Outback in Burlington to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and we had a wonderful meal. The BBQ shrimp appetizer was delicious, and the fillet and lobster for dinner were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. A lovely touch was when the owner, Arturo, came out to chat with us. I highly recommend this restaurant and hope your evening is as perfect as ours was.

The food was exceptional! As always, the Caesar dressing was the best I've ever had. The blooming onion was, of course, amazing—a standard favorite. But the highlight was definitely the sirloin steak; it was incredibly tender, almost like butter! It was as delicate as a filet but just as delicious as a ribeye, all for the price of a sirloin. Honestly, it surpassed most filets I’ve had! The loaded potatoes were also fantastic—simply impressive! Thank you, Burlington, for a wonderful meal and for the cold beers! What a great team we had serving us tonight!

Cosy place I visited three years ago. This time it is as cozy and welcoming as the last. The food was just as good and the service was amazing keeping it on
