Prego's Trattoria - Burlington

This has become our date night spot. The ambiance, the food, the service are always top notch! Watch for Elon events, because they will be PACKED and you’ll have to wait a bit for a table. They take reservations, which is such a plus! The bar area is so upscale and comfy! Sometimes I wish we did wait for a table, because then we could get a drink and hang out there! The food is out of this world and they run nightly specials so you can always try something new! They are consistently excellent and that’s what keeps us coming back.

Fantastic restaurant. The service we received is the best I've had in all my travels. The food was unreal. The soup(included) of the day was onion and it was just perfect. I can't believe there isn't a line out the door every day.

I often eat alone as I enjoy my “me time.” I might’ve overstayed my welcome as I sat until 3. Thankfully I wasn’t rushed out. I’ve been here maybe 4-5 times. This is my second time having Christian as a server and he was absolutely delightful. He made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable. I did interact with other staff members and they were also friendly. I’m asking for Christian the next time I come in. Oh… almost forgot about the food. I always enjoy whatever I order. Sometimes this place can be packed on a Tuesday night so plan ahead.

We were just here for dinner to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We were a party of 18 and the service was incredible. We had 2 servers who did a fantastic job keeping up with our order. The food was all served at the same time, was hot and delicious! This was the perfect place for us to celebrate such a momentous occasion.

Perfect. Just perfect. Prego's is in the middle between Chapel Hill and Greensboro and we decided to meet there. We didn't know that Prego's had moved into a new building. The ambiance was just wonderful. The color of the walls and the lighting created a fantastic atmosphere. Our waitress, Katelyn was just incredible. She catered to our every needs. I could observe other wait staff doing the same at their tables. I'm gluten free and was pleased to know that there is a gluten free pasta opportunity. I had the shrimp fra diavolo which was out of this world. My wife tasted it and was impressed both by the pasta and the sauce. She and our friends shared two of the specials, chicken and fish, for dinner. I couldn't taste as it might have had gluten in it, but the report was that it was great. All in all it was a perfect evening for us. We could have kept on talking for hours, but alas, we knew everyone had to go home. If you go, make a reservation.
