Contribuisci feedbackIt was clear that the restaurant was understaffed, with the manager even having to step in to cook. No one was managing the dining area, resulting in a disorganized experience. The salad had brown lettuce and the chicken was overcooked, making it tough and unpleasant to eat. We spent most of our meal trying to flag down our waitress. I rarely give a rating of 1, but I was extremely disappointed with this visit to Red Lobster. We were excited to celebrate our 20th anniversary here, but it turned out to be a mistake. We should have gone to Red Robin instead.

Our waitress was incredibly kind. It was our 32nd anniversary and she went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. The young lady from Connecticut was exceptional. The food and service both received a perfect score of 5, as did the atmosphere.

Not busy but hour long wait for food. Then the food was cold and overcooked. Then we had to wait 30 for bill then had to hunt someone down to pay it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
