I absolutely enjoy the Banzi burger! My girlfriend and I had our first official date at Red Robin, and we shared this burger. Eight years later, it's still a delightful experience. However, I do wish their fries weren't consistently cold and tasting like old grease; about 8 out of 10 times, the fries are disappointing.

I received just three soggy onion rings with my meal, and the burger was quite dry. I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but this experience was disappointing. I ended up ordering a tower of onion rings just to know how many to expect. It was a letdown.

The fries had a slightly old oil taste and were a bit overcooked, but overall, the food was quite good.

Best Quinoa burger Ive ever had!! Definitely going to get it again. The Sweet Potato fries were delicious as well and the pretzel bites were crunchy on the outside soft on the inside. overall very good!

Dont bother door dashing here! I ordered 3 things and 2 were wrong. Mgr said new employees ? Um you have a receipt how hard is it? The salad had 3 -5 pieces of lettuce with 30 tiny tomatoes! 8$ doen drain. My cake had no berries again 13$ and no vacation cake . Thanks! Not hard to do a check off list!! We pay 40$ a pop to get the right food. This is actually 3rd time they messed up thru door dash and never again. 3 strikes rule.
