The Brass Ring Bourbon - Burlington

This is a charming little bar with an interesting vibe. Its hours aren’t consistent, and they don’t make any promises about being open regularly. However, you can request to have it opened for private events, and it's usually open on Saturdays. The interior is quite lovely.

This is a great spot to explore a variety of bourbons! The bartender is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning!

My friends ordered sushi and tacos, while I tried the Jefe chicken. My dish was served piping hot, and their sushi looked incredible. The menu offered an eclectic selection of options, and the noodle dishes appeared fabulous as well.

We had a fantastic first experience and will certainly be returning. We indulged in a Spider-Man roll featuring soft shell crab, vegetable spring rolls, crab Rangoon, an assortment of sashimi, and a delicious limoncello mascarpone cake with strawberries. Our server, Jennifer, was exceptional. The restaurant is set in a charming historic building and was impressively clean. The bar area was beautiful as well. The owners were incredibly friendly, and it was evident that they genuinely care about their customers. We're excited to come back!

Great selection of options. The atmosphere has a charming, nostalgic feel. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable, and they made one of the best old fashioneds I've ever had.
