Village Grill - Burlington

I love this place. I just tried the fries and onion ring combo. I just want to eat a ton of onion rings. They were so good. The fries are really good too. The burger is made fresh to order. It's really good. And the dining room is very clean. The bathroom too. It's quiet so I like it. The lighting is good and the parking is great. I actually like this place more than any other place in Burlington. The service is really good. They are actually nice. And they have good cold drinks. The drink area is actually nice and clean too and you can fill your own drinks. I totally recommend this place. Oh and we got ice cream. I don't like it but my daughter does. It's like ice dream. It was made right but wish it was actually ice cream. Oh and we ask for no salt on the burger and fries and they actually don't have an issue with it.Parking: Right in front.Kid-friendliness: I think a family would like this place because it's not loud. I like it because my daughter has autism and it's quiet but if someone's kid did make noise nobody would care.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp on the sidewalk.

I went in to order food yesterday and this white skinned guy in the glasses I'm guessing he's a manager and i think his name was antonio or something and I was asking him a question and he walked away and he was touching food own hands and sneezing all over the food. General manager needs to fire him cause he was very unprofessional and very rude. I will not order from here again

The food is good. The guy at the register was polite, but the personnel did not know the difference between salad dressing and manyonese. It's a very basic fast-food restaurant and very pricy! 50.00 for 3 sandwich

Updating review as management reached out and refunded me I visited the location on last week and watched the cook put my bread on the grill, touch several items, touched his cell phone and then went back to my bread and turned it over with his hands..he had gloves on but the germs of touching multiple things was nasty. At that point mid making of my order I asked for a refund and they advised they could not..I left with my drink and no food as I refuse to eat it. The manager said corporate would have to refund..This place is clean in reference to aesthetics..floors..neat tables, but the FOOD HANDLING PROCESS is GROSSSSSSSS!! Never going back as this is the same employee that did similar handling prior to my visit the second time..Yuck!

For 16 dlls thiers better places to go with more food and better tasting burger.
