Villa Rosa Pizzeria - Burlington

My friends and I visited this restaurant on a bustling Saturday evening and were promptly seated. The menu offered a diverse selection of regular dishes and specials. We opted to split a sizable tomato pie and a chicken cheesesteak, and were particularly impressed with the flavorful cheesesteak loaded with chicken and cheese. The restaurant had a cozy ambiance, hospitable staff, and reasonable prices given the caliber of the cuisine.

I ordered a dish from this restaurant and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The spaghetti had whole tomatoes and only 4 pieces of mushroom, which was not at all what I was expecting. It was so bad that I couldn't even take a bite. When I called to inquire about my order, the owner told me that was how they made the dish and refused to offer a refund. He was rude and hung up on me. I have since looked at pictures of the dish online and it looked nothing like what I received. I will never be giving this restaurant my business again due to their poor customer service.
