Wendy's - Burlington

I would never return to this place. It's falling apart, and every single order I've had has been incorrect and poorly sized. They really need to either improve their staffing or make some serious changes. The 6-piece crispy chicken nuggets I ordered were dry, and the drinks were overly salty. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Don't waste your time or money here. You can also see in the photo that they gave me the wrong size order.

The burgers had no bacon, which was disappointing. I also requested no onions, but there were onions on my burger. The fries were not good at all, and the Coke was flat.

I would give it a zero if I could. I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Combo without fried onions and cheese, along with a Dr Pepper. The burger was supposed to come with bourbon sauce and bacon. Unfortunately, I had to get this order delivered twice, and it was incorrect both times. I received two dry burgers with only fried onions, and a random-flavored lemonade, despite my order and receipt clearly stating no onions, no cheese, and a Dr Pepper. I tried contacting the store to ensure the next order would be correct, but I got no response. Ultimately, I ended up with a cold and completely wrong order again.

Everything was right it wasnt hot and fresh I order it and in like 5 min it was picked up n already on the way the drink did not have a sticker over it like normal so I feel it was just rushed and what was sitting out but I thank my dasher for getting it and bringing it to me

I absolutely love Wendy's! Every time I visit, the food is always hot, fresh, and ready to enjoy. The staff is exceptional, always greeting customers with a warm smile. This has been my favorite restaurant for four years, and I can't get enough of it. Thank you, Wendy's!
