Elevator Bistro - Burlington

I absolutely love this place, I've been here multiple times with my husband since 2020. The food is just exquisite, every single dish is unique and delicious, I was partucularily shocked once with the mole and I can say as Mexican is one of the greatest moles I've tried. I also feel like every detail of the setting is well looked after, wich is rare to find. The owner and personnel are really nice and the service is outstanding.It is definitely my favorite place in Burlington.

We received a notification that our reservation was cancelled for tonight. We tried calling them a solid 10 times to try and figure out what went wrong but they did not answer. I would recommend working on their customer service. We're now forced to figure out alternate dinner

Booking the place is stupidly difficult for 2023. No online menu, no one picking up the phone, and reservations can be cancelled 2 hours ahead of dinner by the restaurant without any explanation.The modern restaurant experience is built on good food, good service, and ease of access. Even with allegedly good food, this doesn’t bode well in a world where there’s lots of local competition.

Absolute hidden gem. The pizza is the best wood oven pizza you will ever have, no joke. Try it and see, you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommended. The cabbage salad was unique. The halibut was amazing. The pizza is the one of the best I've had.
