Contribuisci feedbackI usually don't write reviews, but pantski sushi is a place that is commendable. chef tim is very welcoming, attentive and accommodating. my wife and I are great sushi lovers and we were in japan several times. we agree that chef tim offers the best taste and experience that rival what we had in japan. we have recommended and many friends brought to pantski, and all have agreed to that pantski is a jewel. this is our favorite place for sushi hands down. we had the Grandmakase dinner. turn on and off regularly and it has never disappointed. I would like to think as quite pickier eater and I think the prices are very fair for the taste and quality of sushi they offer.
Excellent, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Not just a great chef but outstanding chef and amazing food!Very welcoming and very clean. Authentic atmosphere with beautiful wall art and stunning artistic dinner ware Great for a romantic dinner get away in your neighborhood!!! We will be back for sure, it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back for the chef’s special.
A small little place with very tasty sushi. They’re around 5-6 months being in business and it was a nice last minute decision to go to. We were pleasantly surprised. The sushi was great quality. We ordered a dragon roll, the Salmon Lover entree, and edamame. We were surprised with how tasty everything tasted, in particular, the spicy salmon avocado roll because other places, it’s more bland and not as flavorful! There was 1 waitress working and she was prompt and polite. The service was great. The place was very clean. For an a la carte place, we would definitely go back. Prices aren’t too far off from other a la carte restaurants. They’re pretty reasonable for the quality.
Best sushi in Burlington/Oakville area.I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hoseki. Quality of food/service was comparable to that of high end sushi place in Toronto but you can enjoy at more reasonable price. Ingredients were very fresh and garnishes on each sushi enhanced flavours. Each piece was served with perfect amount of wasabi and delicious house-made soy sauce.Last but not least Chef Tim and servers were very friendly which made my experience complete.I'm so glad I found this hidden gem in my neighborhood.
Edit: we have supported this business since they opened up. Probably have spent 1500 over time. It got to the point where the lady knew me by first name. We love sushi and it’s our goto takeout food. However I’m utterly disappointed with the last two orders. Each time we ordered at least 3 specialty rolls. We’ve received tiny amounts of ginger, wasabi and soy sauce(3rd of a small container). Worst part is they’ve only provided 1 chop sticks. I called them today after being dissatisfied and the person who answered phone was indifferent. I like their sushi but not going back again. Might be a small thing for some but when we have sushi we want to ensure we have the condiments and chop sticks. Hell I’d gladly pay for it. But if 3 rolls cost 60, the least u can do is provide basic cutlery. If you want sushi in Burlington goto crisp here. They’re consistent and more deserving of the business. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Keeping my original review to be fair.Original:I was bit skeptical to try this place. So we only ordered three rolls 64). And we were blown away at how good the sushi was. It was perfectly prepared with well balanced and fresh ingredients. We can’t wait to go back. This has become our new fav spot for sushi in Burlington.
