Subway - Burlington

We arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 PM, just half an hour before closing time. The sandwich artist, Vashika, seemed quite annoyed by our arrival, audibly huffing and rolling her eyes. I don’t understand this reaction; if they don’t want to serve customers so close to closing time, it would be better to have an earlier closing hour. Our sandwiches were fine, nothing major to complain about except for the lack of a complete cut. However, having someone who is visibly upset about making your food isn't exactly a welcoming experience.

The meatballs in the meatball sub had a strong taste of sanitizer. Does this restaurant not clean their ingredient containers properly?

Wow, this place is truly a hidden gem! Their poutine is incredibly delicious, fresh, and amazing. From the customer service to the cleanliness, our experience was a solid 5 stars. It's the best restaurant in Burlington! They also offer catering for large orders and events. Great comfort food!
