The place must have changed owners because it used to be great. This time I ordered the special breakfast and it was awful. Everything was cold, eggs runny uneatable. potatoes greasy and very bland. Never again!!! I would not recommend this place at all. Although only one other customer was there no one came to ask if we needed a refill (coffee) until we were ready to leave. What happened to this once good eatery!!!!!
The first time we ordered they forgot an item. The second time they forgot a meal. We had to drive and get it. The third time they forgot a meal. We had to get a credit. If they can’t do SkipTheDishes properly then don’t do it.
Honestly probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had outside of a third world country. I generally use my account to lift up members of the industry but not in this case. We walked in and were promptly greeted by the server (she was lovely and in no way responsible for anything negative relating to our experience and we sat at a table. Our feet were sticking to the floors as we walked. The manager (maybe owner? was walking around without a mask on and my coffee came in a dirty mug that was also chipped and cracked. The apple juice we ordered was placed on the table with the cap still on and no glass. Due to the state of the restaurant and complete lacking of Covid procedures, we decided to leave. I told the man without the mask why and he proceeded to argue with me. At one point he even grabbed my arm and I told him not to touch me. His excuse for not wearing his face shield was that he was eating. If that was true then he also failed to wash his hands. I am confident that even a prisoner fresh out of jail would not eat in that establishment. Absolutely disgusting.
Not trying to be petty but when I pay for breakfast it states 5 pieces of bacon, then I expect 5 pieces of bacon. This happens too frequently to me to just be an oversight. I've concluded that the owner, who was working in the kitchen and was the one putting the breakfast meats on the plates, is sneakily trying to cut costs. This has happened at least 5 times to me, just since the New Year. If you're not aware of this, now you are I would appreciate some feedback.
