Contribuisci feedbackOrder is never correct. Drinks are severed DANGEROUSLY hot. Wait times are also consistently very long. This location is an accurate representation of the decline of all Tim Hortons locations quality of service. Do better
First of all I love Tim Hortons.. but never thought of a such bad service.. I placed an order online using Tim Horton's app which got cancelled after an hour.. it shows driver is about to reach and on last minute it was cancelled.. when I called the store they say they can track the order... the fact here is when someone orders food they mean it to be with them and Tim being QSR cant just ignore their customer with a statement to talk to call center for refunds...
This place is very busy so be prepared to wait. Employees are overworked and will make customers stand around before being acknowledged. I suggest mobile ordering and picking up in the drive through. I usually have better luck that way.Food: 4/5
Horrible location. They do not ever listen and when you ask them to fix it they are so rude and ignorant. They refuse to toast anything and if you ask they still won't do it. The simplest requests they just refuse.
The people here are absolutely miserable.Both drive thru and in store, they look at you and say “yeah” or “okay”. Not even a hello. I’ve been in so many times and this latest group of staff are straight up horrible to be around. I walked in this morning and was met with an okay …. Indicating I should place my order, I said hello how are you and she looked at me with a blank face. My orders consistently wrong here, and I’m honestly going to start going to a different location. What a horrible first interaction of the day.
