So, when I found myself in the neighborhood, I decided to stop by the store. I entered in the afternoon and after browsing the display case, I settled on some eclairs. A woman with glasses came out from the kitchen to assist me. Her unfriendly demeanor was off-putting, but I brushed it off as a bad day. When I inquired about the price of the eclairs, her reaction seemed annoyed. Despite her attitude, I kept my composure and paid for the box. However, when she forcefully slammed the visa machine on the counter, I had reached my limit. I expressed my dissatisfaction with her service and her shocked response was amusing. She even had the nerve to claim she provided good customer service. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The eclairs were decent, but the behavior of the lady behind the counter ruined it for me. I will not be returning to Bon Bon anytime soon, and I certainly will not be recommending it to others.
The cakes at this restaurant are incredible - always fresh and never dry!

This restaurant serves the most delicious cake in the lower mainland. I highly recommend trying the St. Honore cake - it has been a family favorite for over 40 years.
