A Hong Kong style Chinese restaurant that has a large menu. The curry here is pretty good. The preserved veggies with shredded duck fried rice is very good, my favourite dish on the whole menu. It doesn't open that late compared to other Hong Kong stylecafes. When going to this restaurant you have to park on the street but after 8pm it is free.
Great HK style cafe food. One more place to go for HK Chinese food
I spent $15 on a dish of chicken and onions with small sides like beans. It wasn't worth the price. The milk tea with grass jelly was watery and the drinks weren't brought to our table promptly. The waitress seemed only interested in making money, but our server was friendly and asked about our experience. I may need to try a different option next time, despite the appealing photos, as the quality doesn't match the cost.
The chairs and tables at this restaurant are sturdy and comfortable. The water cups are small and could be larger. I ordered the sweet and sour pork, which was delicious with a crispy coating and a good portion size. The side of rice was also cooked perfectly. The price was a bit high for just the sweet and sour pork dish. If it was priced at $13, it would have been a 5-star meal. My wife ordered the honeydew milk tea, which I tried and found to be very tasty.
