Chatime - Burnaby

I don?t recommend anyone here. The female staff wearing glasses refused to pass my drink that was already made and sat on the counter in front of me. When I asked her if it was my drink, she said that it was not mine. She then put it aside and made meextra wait and finally passed me the same drink. During I was waiting, a weird customer who seemed mental issues bothered me. Ifthe staff passed my drink earlier, I didn?t need to experience such an uncomfortable time. I will never come back here again.

Is good got my drink and this time i didn?t mess up and get the smaller size ???????? drink was good but once again it just is not enough i think they should come out w a bigger size and i would appreciate it because i love my mango smoothie half sugarwith pearls overall i think it?s a very good experience for me 10/10 ????

Decent Chatime???? Most drinks are good, I come here a lot when I want bbt and I'm shopping at Metro. Better than the little tea house beside Superstore, but now in 2022 is sub-par compared to the Coco's near The Bay.

Order speed is fast. Processing time is normal and acceptable. Price is ok, pretty similar to other competitors. Credit cards accepted. Located near the entrance of metrotown from skytrain and bus station. Drink taste not bad. Employees are basicallyfriendly, but not everyone. However, the taste is not stable, which different everytime, sometomes good, sometime horroble, aswell as the portion.

Got the BT21 Kosmos drink with coconut jelly and a lychee green tea with aloe. Both were larges totally forgot to ask for the purple packet that I was supposed to get... So I didn't get one ???? Line was pretty long when I got there but it moved prettyfast and I didn't feel pressured to order quickly. The wait to get my drink was reasonable given the big line as well, sothey're pretty efficient. Drinks were yummy as expected altho 50% sugar was still a bit sweet for me. Will need to go down to30% next time.
