We decided to try crystal palace for an early Sunday dinner. we were the first to get opened at 11 o'clock. we ordered the bark noodles type of noodles different, but not much bark and suppe salty, pour pretty good, but needed a sosty and. shrimp fried rice well made. the service was clumsy of the time when we set ourselves to the time we paid.
I was disappointed when I didn't receive my fried rice at the restaurant. Instead, I tried to pay with my prepaid Mastercard, which was treated like cash and did not require any verification. The waitress I encountered was not very friendly and refused to help me communicate. I explained that I had left my card in a taxi the night before and needed assistance finding it. My phone was also dead, so I asked to borrow a charger to show them a copy of my receipt. Despite my explanations, the waitress seemed uninterested and eventually called the police when I insisted on paying with my card. I left without my meal and without the remote control I had borrowed to charge my phone. It was a frustrating experience overall.
We have not received our full order. we called back to get our rice and they delivered another court instead of the rice. We didn't want to call a third time. eating was at best mediocre. the noodles were soggy and huh was over. anointed would not go back.
Whenever I visit my family in Canada, we always make sure to dine at this restaurant. The ginger beef is a must-try dish, and the friendly service sets it apart from other Chinese restaurants.
