Golden Pita - Burnaby

I've been coming here since 2007, and the chicken rocket is absolutely amazing—worth every penny! Unfortunately, I dug in before I thought to snap a photo. The sampler appetizer is great too, packed with a variety of wonderful flavors. This place is a fantastic hidden gem!

This is a hidden gem that may not catch your eye at first, but you can instantly recognize its quality by the steady stream of locals it attracts. The food did take a little longer to arrive, as everything is prepared fresh, but it was definitely worth the wait! I highly recommend it!

I visited this restaurant a few days ago while I was in California, and I absolutely adored it! The food is amazing and genuinely authentic. I just wish they would open a location in San Diego! Regarding vegetarian options, the falafel and hummus were incredibly tasty. Additionally, they have a spacious parking lot, which is a significant bonus.

The food is exceptional and affordably priced, and the staff is friendly and inviting. I think it's a family-owned and operated restaurant, which is a refreshing change these days.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, where I ordered a beef donair and a chicken shawarma platter, along with several appetizers. Everything was incredibly tasty, especially the grilled beef donair. The hot sauce was just right; they should think about bottling it for sale! The owners were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
