It offered broadly two types of soba, dry or in soup. My husband and I ordered one from each type out of curiosity. The dry one is very tasty in my view. I followed the instructions on the blue card with asking vinegar first then followed by some chilli flakes. The pork belly might seem quite greasy but it didn't feel greasy at all when it melted in your mouth. The overall flavors of this noodles are so enticing that I finished the whole thing without sharing with my husband . One interesting thing about this noodles is that you can have a free bowl of rice to enjoy the remaining sauce if you want to. Good for customers with a larger appetite. To me, the noodles themselves are very filling already. The soba in soup, according to my husband, has a very rich soup base. It came in nice and hot so he sipped a few spoonfuls before eating the noodles. He found the flavors and the texture of the noodles to his liking. He just wished that the sliced pork are thicker cut.

Mazesoba is their specialist, hot, thick sauce with extra extra noodle, XL or XXL without extra charge. Friendly staff, sometime may have to wait for the food, Price is good, easy underground parking Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Zenbu Mazesoba
The food is very filling, big portions, and pretty good. Im a vegetarian so I had their vegetarian mazesoba and it was good but definitely felt more like pasta than soba. Overall I appreciate that they have it as an option. The service was very good, and the restaurant was nice, and comfortable. Everyone who ordered non-vegetarian options enjoyed the food more than I did, I think its a much better option for them since obviously that is their specialty.
