Mcdonald's - Burnaby

We stop here because of its location on the way home, and… without fail. Are disappointed. lol.They get us (and pretty much every other car) to pull into the waiting parking spots for our order. This happens every time.The order will always be either cold, or incorrect. Or both.At least one can say they’re consistent.But I don’t get how any McDonalds could take 15 minutes to make a 2 burgers and a side of fries.

So should McDonald's be sued for fraud, misrepresentation ? What I got last Friday at their head office restaurant in Burnaby, is nothing compared to what they advertise. Never expect much from McDonald's but this location never seems to have their things in order. Especially when pre-ordering through the app, food items should not take 15 plus minutes through the drive thru. Unfortunately this has happened more than once, will likely be avoiding this location in the future.

Disgusting, appalling, shameful. Head office.Clearly food and safety inspections don't exist in corporate or government.Money first.

Super friendly staff here. Gross dark rainy morning and they still made me feel at home. Gave my own clean reusable coffee cup to use and they filled it without issue. Smiling-faced staff handed me my breakfast and wished me a good day Parking: Please obey street signs when leaving. Especially during rush hour, leave the lot in the correct driveway to avoid blocking traffic!
