Panago Pizza - Burnaby

The service at this restaurant is very quick - I walked in to place my order and my pizza was ready in less than 10 minutes. The service was satisfactory and the pizza was delicious. I have also ordered delivery from here before and my order arrived promptly.

Tried a few times. 20 minutes late on average. Forgot dipping sauce 2/3 times. Brought the incorrect pizza once. You're better off with a take n' bake pizza from Save-On-Foods next door.

Preordered with my credit card and didn't get me food

Rude front counter withdrawal. The individual on the counter said to say we wanted a combo up front, although we say so first. Then they walked away from the blame and didn't even repeat the order at the end, despite having trouble hearing through the plexiglass barrier. Dip for party mix combo was not provided. Also burnt toppings.
