Place used to be decent before covid, Walked in 9pm was asked to seat by guy at the bar with no emotion like I shouldn't be here, 10 minutes later no water or server in sight. Finally female server came to take my order but then was told they ran out of beans sprout for pho. I'll take my future PHO craving elsewhere. I guess the owner also won't care judging by the state business is in? Food: 1
