I used to love this place. The prices were still good, but be warned they do not accept cash. In the past, we would come here in the summer to the air-conditioned bowling alley. It was always a fun time with arcade games, decent food, and the more we drank, the better we bowled. It was a great spot to hang out with friends or blow off steam after a tough week. Now, it's too hot, there is barely any hand sanitizer available, the pool tables and games are closed, and it's too sweaty to enjoy a drink or food. The prices for lane rentals are still reasonable, but once we played a game, we left quickly because it felt like a sauna inside. It's a shame because they have good shoes with velcro closures and a comfortable fit. Sorry, but until it cools down, I won't be coming back.
I have been to this restaurant at multiple locations and have always had a great experience. It is a fantastic option for larger gatherings such as birthdays or work events, as they offer great deals that include soda and pizza. Recently, I went with a group from work and we paid $35 per person for two hours of bowling with unlimited soda and pizza. The staff were really friendly and even allowed us to finish our second game, even though we exceeded the time limit. I would definitely recommend this place as it is very convenient, located right by the skytrain with plenty of parking for those who drive.
Visit here 1-2 times a week with our group of 4-8, and had 0 problems with the staff/food. many regular employees fall through saying hi, and help us if necessary. it's being overcrowded with ligen and things, but it has nothing bad to say here. also in older systems, at 2$ a game on weekdays, how could you complain!
I love the 1990's technology and monitor graphics, honestly such a vibe. The only downside is this place is the most stanky, decrepit, and humid environment you will ever encounter. Absolutely no ventilation. I swear the bathrooms had a new COVID variant growing in them. The bowling balls were caked with filth, you could feel the old food crumbs and grease in each finger hole. I recommend bringing Lysol wipes if you visit. Imagine going to a frat party; great vibes, but you risk contracting a new disease with every inhalation that is this place. Is it worth it for the aesthetic? Perhaps.
