Scott Hill Pizza - Burnaby

I ordered two pizzas from this restaurant. One was a medium thin crust house special, and the other was a gluten-free house special for my daughter who has Celiac disease. When we brought the pizzas home, we realized that they were not marked. We called the restaurant right away and were told that the larger pizza was regular and the other was gluten-free. My daughter and I enjoyed two slices each and thought the pizza was delicious. However, when my sister and her mother started eating the other pizza, I suspected they had been given the wrong one. Sure enough, we all ended up sick and in the bathroom for the rest of the day. When we called the store to inform them of the mistake, they blamed us and refused to apologize. I requested a refund for the next 24 to 48 hours of discomfort, but instead, they rudely told me not to come back. It was a terrible experience, especially for someone with allergies. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. They are a complete joke.

The taste as far I concern is better than the leading two commercial pizza companies. Will keep going there whenever I am at their neighborhood. They need to open up a shop in Richmond.

Great place to order take out or delivered pizza. For a small location such as this in Burnaby, the pizzas are 5-star hands down, from fresh crusts, sauce, cheese and generous toppings. For the quality of pizza and fast service, this is a very good deal.I've eaten pizza all over North America and this is certainly one of the best I have had. The crust is delicious and sauce is generous and not all dried up like many pizza shops.Some of the service staff are curt/aggressive, in my opinion. With a little more patience, such as not arguing with me or pushing me to order, I would certainly upgrade my rating.

First time trying Scott Hill Pizza, Bby location, used Uber Eats. This will be our new pizza delivery place from now on. Pizza was loaded with toppings, crust was good, not too thick or chewy. And the large size is definitely worth the cost, we could only get through half before we were full, awesome for pizza leftovers later. Chicken wings were super saucey, warm and tender. Very yummy, will be ordering again for pizza night!

Hard to find the chicken on the barbeque chicken pizza. Definitely not the best pizza in town like their slogan on signage says, I would say it was okay . Not sure if I 'd go back since I think there 's a few pizza places in the area.
