Starbucks Canada - Burnaby

I went this morning to buy a cappuccino and bring my cup of Starbucks.When they gave it to me it was full but after a while I realized that it was pure foam and when I saw the glass it was half full. The bad thing is that I was already at work when I realized I couldn't complain again.Plus the taste was bad.I paid a lot for what was totally disgusting coffee, the worst experience.

Consistently bad. Laughable Infact.I always get a quad long espresso. The last time I was there the label said triple and the cup felt light. I asked if it had 4 long shots in the the cup. She said a triple was 4 shots. I hit my head and just left. No use explaining stupid. Also I'm not there to teach grown adults to count. I've had them mess up my simple order many times.I am a loyal customer and love my local on 41st in Kerrisdale.

I’m really surprised at how much the prices have increased for a basic Americano. I guess it’s been a while since I’ve been to Starbucks. The staff, was of course great.

The staff are so friendly and amazing. They always ask how my day is!!! Best Starbucks in the city! Chloe is a gem and was super accommodating this morning!
