What can you say about Subway? You choose Bun and ask the employee to fill it with your selection of fillings. You pay for it, then eat and enjoy what you had to combine someone else for you. Prices are fair...and the food when fresh and properly selected without sauces etc., very healthy. Possibly the best fast food available.

I had a great experience at this subway restaurant. They offer gluten-free rolls and vegetarian options, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly. Additionally, there is parking available in front of the restaurant.

I recommend trying the salads with half spinach and half mixed greens with tomatoes, cucumbers, and a scoop of egg salad or tuna on top for added protein. These salads are low in carbs, high in fiber, and packed with protein. Request Balsamic dressing on the side for a low-fat option. Enjoy!
