Sushi Garden - Burnaby

I got take out from them today, and they were terribly packaged. I ordered a lot of rolls, and they tried to squeeze everything in two containers. Obviously, trying to save containers. The rolls were all stuck together and they were unable to get picked out without breaking them. We literally had to use spoons to eat them at the end. It was just bad. Don't be so cheap and use the appropriate amount of containers!

The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting. The tasteful decor and comfortable seating created a pleasant atmosphere that was perfect for a relaxing meal.In terms of parking, I was pleased to find that there was ample space available, making it convenient for diners to visit without worrying about parking hassles.I highly recommend giving this place a visit. It's a wonderful spot for both casual outings and special occasions.

I'd been going to Sushi Gardens for years and whenever I have guests from other parts of the world I bring them here and proudly because I know the sushi is awesome and the price is reasonable.So you might ask why I've checked in on Yelp mow and why only this review now. I don't know! It must be that every time I'm here I get excited and forget about everything. The minute the food land on my table my instinct tells me to dive in and right away all my worries seem to go away!My fave is the seafood salad, a bowlful of lettuce, shredded carrots and cucumbers, glass noodles, shredded imitation crabs, thinly sliced salmon, chunks of squid and shrimp and their special dressing. I also like their Alaska roll, gomae and all their rolls are fantastic.

Menu was bit confusing as some special rolls were placed under Maki section. That aside, food was ok but average as standard in the area has risen in recent years due to much steeper competitions in sushi business. Parking is easy and nice despite being in a traffic area. This place seems to be a popular place for pick up and Uber ordering although tables are many and place is clean.
